A Swiss gold hunter cased medical chronograph by Longines, circa 1920. Nickel finished manual winding movement with single button column wheel chronograph train, bimetallic balance with overcoiled spring, lever set. White enamel dial, pulse and fifth second scales enclosing Arabic chapters, subsidiary dials for continuous seconds and 30 minute register, gold hands, blued sweep and register hands. 18 Carat plain polished with elaborate monogram, chronograph button in band at 12 o’clock, gold cuvette. Case, dial and movement signed.
