A Swiss gold and enamel basket form pocket watch, circa 1780. Gilt full plate verge movement, pierced and engraved balance bridge. White enamel dial with Arabic numerals. Basket form case with blue enamel weave pattern, the lid with butterfly and floral design, blue, white and black enamel pattern to the sides, large loop handles with attached chain. Dial and movement signed. Associated gold clip in the form of a hand.
