A fine and slim Swiss platinum, diamond set open faced pocket watch, circa 1920. Nickel lever movement, 19 jewels. Silvered dial, Roman numerals, outer minute ring and blued steel moon hands. Case with diamond set band and bow, case back centered by a blue enamel geometric symbol surmounted by a crown. Movement signed ‘European Watch and Clock Co Inc’, dial signed ‘Cartier’. With a Cartier pearl set chain. Approximate total diamond weight 1.75 cts.
