A Swiss 18 carat gold open faced keyless lever watch, circa 1920. Ultra thin nickel finished lever movement of 1st quality, 18 jewels, bimetallic compensation balance, wolf’s tooth winding. Silvered dial with Arabic numerals and subsidiary seconds. Chased case with ornamented enamel band, bezel, bow and bottom of pendant. Case, dial and movement signed.
