A fine Swiss gold and enamel automaton verge pocket watch, circa 1810. Gilt verge movement. White enamel dial bearing the signature Breguet, Arabic numerals, advance and retard adjustment, the enamel scene applied to the movement plate, blue enamel background, courting swans to the foreground in an engraved stream, well to the centre, animated spring below a church with a dog drinking from it, applied diamond set foliage. Gold case with glazed covers.
