Gold, enamel and pearl-set open faced watch by Breguet

A Swiss 18 carat gold, enamel and pearl set open faced cylinder pocket watch, circa 1780. Gilt full plate movement, cylinder escapement, back plate cut out to accommodate standing barrel and framed with a screwed-down bridge. White enamel dial with painted Arabic hours. The case back with translucent dark blue enamel over engine turned ground, painted neoclassical figures en grisaille, pearl set bezels on both sides.
