An extremely fine and rare English 18 carat gold open faced keyless lever pocket watch with one minute tourbillon and up-and-down indicator, circa 1913. Nicole Nielsen 3/4 plate gilt finished counterpoised lever movement, Guillaume balance, three armed tourbillon carriage with gold poising screws, glazed dust cover. Off-white Willis dial with Roman numerals, two subsidiary dials indicating up and down indicator and constant seconds. Plain case, keyless winding engaged by depressing a button in the band. Case stamped F.T. London for Fred Thomas and with London date letter for 1913, movement signed and numbered. Comes with a Class A Kew certificate.
