A fine and rare Swiss 18 carat gold and enamel open faced keyless lever octagonal dress watch, circa 1916. Ultra thin nickel finished lever movement, bimetallic compensation balance, wolf’s tooth winding. Gilt dial with Breguet numerals and subsidiary seconds. Octagonal shaped case, blue enamel floral motif to bezel, back edge and bow, engraved rim, blue enamel monogram centered to the snap on case back. Case, dial and movement signed.
