A Swiss 18 carat gold open faced pocket watch, circa 1920. Cal. 19”’, gilt lever manual winding movement. Silvered dial with Breguet numerals, subsidiary dial for the constant seconds, outer minute track and blued steel Breguet hands. Polished case. Case, dial and movement signed. Accompanied by the original presentation case and certificate of origin and an extract from the archives confirming sale on October 3rd 1935.
