A large Swiss gold and enamel pair cased verge pocket watch, circa 1800. Gilt verge movement.
White enamel dial with radial Arabic hours, outer minutes track with Arabic five-minute numerals and pink gold hands. Outer gilt protective case, glazed inner gold case with a five-part lateral hinge, worked in two colours, the back with a fine polychrome enamel scene surrounded by a white enamel rim.
