An exceptionally small and extremely rare gold musical watch with a corresponding high-quality watch chain, circa 1820.
Polished 18K pink case with gold hallmark France from 1819 and hallmarked. Silver engine turned dial with Roman radial hours, outer minutes track, and rare snake hands made of blued steel. Very rare calibre with cylinder and music mechanisms, triggered by a slider in the rim. Associated very high quality 18K watch chain with integrated key, two sliders and elaborately crafted pendant (this one with small pressure points), chain about 22 g.
