An elegant Swiss 18K yellow gold tonneau-shaped pocket watch, circa 1970. Accompanied by Rolex pouch. A solid, polished and brushed case, snap-on case back. Sunburst silver dial with applied yellow gold baton indexes and yellow gold baton hands. A rhodium-plated movement, 19 jewels, straight-line lever escapement, monometallic balance, shock absorber, self-compensating flat balance spring. Dial, case and movement signed.
