A very fine and attractive Swiss gilt open faced manual wind World Time pocket watch made by Gübelin in Lucerne, circa 1960. The solid, polished case features a bidirectional revolving bezel reading the names of 65 locations worldwide with a fixed inner 24 hour chapter. Silver dial with applied yellow gold baton indexes and gold dauphine hands. A straight line lever movement with 17 jewels, monometallic balance and flat balance spring with a micrometre regulator. Dial and movement signed.
