A French gold, enamel and pearl set quarter repeating scalloped form watch, circa 1800. Gilt verge movement, bridge pierced and engraved with foliate scrolls, pendant repeating. White enamel dial and Arabic numerals. The case with scalloped bezel decorated with champlevé black enamel and gold foliate scrolls edged by blue enamel and set with split pearls, the back panel engine turned and engraved with running floral motif overlaid with translucent red enamel and centered by a rosette medallion with translucent blue enamel over engine turning and set with graduated split pearls.
