A Swiss 18 carat gold and malachite ladies’ necklace watch made by Piaget in Geneva, circa 1974. Manual winding nickel lever movement with 17 jewels and a monometallic balance. Malachite dial. An oval case, the bezel enhanced with a chain form appliqué, the back secured by two screws, suspended from a fancy link chain with malachite beads. Case, dial and movement signed. Comes with the original presentation box.
