A very fine and rare swiss 18K yellow gold and enamel open faced lever pendant watch, circa 1910. Accompanied by the original fitted box. Solid case, hinged back and cuvette, the front bezel decorated with an engraved floral pattern, the back white enamelled decorated with applied gold stripes and flowers, a small polychrome enamel portrait of an aristocratic lady surrounded by rose-cut diamonds in the lower part. Silver dial with black Breguet hours, outer minute track and blued steel Breguet hands. A nickel-silver movement, 18 jewels, straight-line lever escapement, cut bimetallic compensation balance, blued steel flat balance spring, index regulator. Dial, case and movement signed.
