An unusual Swiss 18k yellow gold Art Nouveau pendant watch with painted-on enamel floral decoration, circa 1910. A solid case and a hinged bezel, back and cuvette, back decorated with sculpted gold various-colour enamel irises and waterlilies and diamonds. White enamel dial with painted radial Roman numerals, outer minute track and gold Louis XV hands. A matte gilt movement, 18 jewels, wolf’s tooth winding, straight-line moustache lever escapement, plain three-arm balance, blued steel flat balance spring, and an index regulator. Case numbered and stamped with S.G. maker’s mark.
