A Swiss lever made by Patek Philippe in Geneva in a stainless steel open faced case, circa 1945. The keyless nickel bar movement with 18 jewels, a going barrel, plain cock with polished steel micrometre regulator, compensation balance with blue steel overcoil hairspring, club foot lever escapement and escape pivots with endstones, adjusted to heat, cold, isochronism and five positions. Signed white metal dial with applied baton hour indexes and Arabic numerals at the quarters, an outer minute track, subsidiary seconds at 6 o’clock and steel hands. The plain case with a clip-on back is signed. Comes with a black presentation box lined with grey velvet.
