Pocket watch with magnificently engraved case

A gold splendour full hunter cased pocket watch ‘System Glashütte’, made by Union Horlogère in Biel, Switzerland, circa 1910. The numbered and magnificently engraved case of this watch was crafted from 14 carat gold and has a monogram on the back lid. The white enamel dial has Arabic hour numerals, a subsidiary seconds dial at 6 o’clock and especially beautiful gold hands. The movement has a precision lever escapement ‘System Glashütte’, a fine adjusting device, screwed gold chatons and a plate marked Precision.
Case and movement both have the Union Horlogère and L. Rueff & Meyrat punch
