Gold open faced keyless lever watch
–
A fine Swiss 14 carat yellow gold open faced pocket watch made by Zenith, early 20th century. This watch has a mechanical crown winding movement featuring a swan neck fine adjustment system. The white enamel dial shows black Breguet numerals for the hours, an outer minute track, a subsidiary seconds dial at 6 o’clock, and dark steel spade hands. The dial bears a Zenith signature across the upper half. The timepiece is housed in a substantial three body, 14 carat solid yellow gold open faced case with a polished bezel, a fluted winding crown, and a round suspension bow. The solid yellow gold back cover is finely decorated with a guilloché engine turned pattern. The watch is accompanied by a matching heavy yellow gold braided chain with dual strands, a classic swivel clasp, and a substantial spring ring terminal.
