A fine and rare Swiss, 18k yellow gold keyless pocket watch, circa 1910. Accompanied by the original Certificat d’Origine and the original Vacheron & Constantin fitted box.
Retailed by R. Garbarini, Florida 474, Buenos- Aires. Polished bezel and band, engine-turned back with polished border, central engraved monogram “MA”. Hinged gold cuvette. Three-piece, white enamel dial, black Arabic numerals, outer minute track, subsidiary seconds. Gold spade hands. A matte gilt movement, 17 jewels, straight-line lever escapement à moustache, cut bimetallic compensation balance, blued steel Breguet balance spring, swan-neck micrometre regulator. Dial, case, cuvette and movement signed.
