A top quality exquisite Art Nouveau gold and enamel pocket and pendant pocket watch with diamonds, made in Switzerland, circa 1910. The numbered open faced case of this watch is crafted from 18 carat gold, has light blue guilloché enamel on the back with a white border and an old European cut diamond in the center and it has a dust cover dust cover with a medal mirror “Bruxelles 1910” and an inscription “Prima patent”.
The white enamel dial has Arabic hour numerals and pink gold hands and the gold plated movement has a cylinder escapement.
