An extremely rare skeleton dress watch ‘Diamonds’ with original chain and in original box, made by the International Watch Company in Schaffhausen, Switzerland, circa 1990. The oval, numbered open faced case was crafted from 18 carat gold, is skeletonized, glazed on both sides and the face is set with original, brilliant cut diamonds. The numbered, gilt and decoratively engraved bridge movement has a lever escapement. The watch comes with a corresponding 18 carat gold chain that has a clasp set with original, brilliant cut diamonds.
The case and presentation box are signed.
