Gold rare sized lever pocket watch

A very fine Chronomètre Royal in a rare size made by Vacheron & Constantin in Genève, Switzerland, circa 1910. The numbered and open faced case of this watch was crafted from 18 carat gold, has a sunray decor on the back and an eccentric blank cartouche. The white enamel dial has Arabic hour numerals, an outer minute track, a subsidiary seconds dial at 6 o’clock, is inscribed Chronomètre Royal and has golden hands. The numbered movement has an anker chronometer escapement, an oversized chronometer balance, a fine adjustment and is inscribed Chronomètre Royal.
