A Swiss 18 carat rose gold open faced keyless lever pocket watch, made by Vacheron & Constantin, circa 1900. The watch features a round 18 carat rose gold case with a domed bezel and a back engraved with RC. It has a white enamel dial with black Roman numerals for the hours, Arabic five minute divisions, a subsidiary seconds dial, and a gold plated spade hands. The watch is powered by a hand wound mechanical movement with a lever escapement.
