A fine and rare 18 Carat yellow gold keyless dress watch, accompanied by a box and made by Patek Philippe & Co in Genève, circa 1920’s. Three body polished case its back with initials engraved.
Frosted champagne dial with painted Art Deco numerals, outer minute track, subsidiary seconds dial and blued steel spade hands. Rhodium-plated, Geneva striping decoration, wolf’s tooth winding, 18 jewels, moustache straight-line lever escapement, cut bimetallic compensation balance, blued steel Breguet balance spring, adjusted to 8 positions and an index regulator.
Dial, case and movement signed.
