A Swiss lady’s fine, small pocket watch, circa 1939.
18 carat gold polished case with gold dome. Signed enamel dial with radial Arabic numerals, red auxiliary seconds and blued spade hands. Signed bridge movement, rhodium-plated, with “fausses côtes” decoration, wolfteeth winding wheels, gold screw compensation balance and counterpoised “Moustache” lever.

In 1874 Tiffany & Co. started a watch factory in Geneva, which lasted about 4 years (low production). Patek, Philippe & Co. assumed the management of their Geneva watch business. The watch machinery was returned to America.
