A fine, high quality, Swiss 18-carat gold open faced keyless precision watch with a 24-hour dial, circa 1930. Frosted gilt movement, 17 jewels, straight-line lever escapement, cut bimetallic compensation balance with blued steel Breguet balance spring, swan neck micrometric regulator. Gold-hinged cuvette with engraved presentation inscription. White enamel dial with Breguet numerals, outer minute track with blue 24-hour Arabic numerals, and original black Breguet hands. Polished case. Dial, case and movement signed, case numbered.
