A rare, Swiss Patek Philippe Breguet-type dress watch with an extremely rare double signature, circa 1920. Delivered to E. Somazzi Lugano.
Exceptional 18K gold case, both sides reeded, band decorated with rocailles. Silvered dial with gold Breguet-style numerals, subsidiary dial for the seconds, gold Breguet hands, and signed with double signature: Patek Philippe & Cie Genève and E. Somazzi Lugano. Very fine calibre, moustache lever, fine adjusting device, double punched with Geneva seal.
