Very rare calibre, cylinder escapement, musical movement, repeating the hours and quarters. Especially beautiful, original engine turned gold dial, polished raised pink gold Roman numerals, and Breguet steel hands. 18K pink gold engine turned case with maker’s mark J.R. and signed dome.
