A fine Swiss 18 carat yellow gold full hunter pocket watch made by Omega, circa 1920. It has a high quality mechanical crown winding movement with a lever escapement, signed Omega. The enamel dial features black Arabic numerals for the hours, an outer minute track, an inner 24 hour track with Arabic numerals from 13 to 24, a subsidiary seconds dial at 6 o’clock, and steel Breguet style hands. It is signed Omega with the brand logo. The timepiece is housed in a smooth 18 carat solid yellow gold full hunter case with a plain polished front cover that opens to reveal the dial, a matching smooth back cover, a fluted winding crown, and a sturdy suspension bow attached to a gold toned fob chain.
