A Swiss 18 carat yellow gold manual winding hunting cased lever watch, circa 1910. Resold by Maison Tiffany & Co. This watch features a signed mechanical movement with Côte de Genève decoration and a bimetallic balance with micrometric adjustment. It has a silver dial with stylised and applied Arabic numerals for the hours, applied pearl outer minute dots, a subsidiary seconds dial, Breguet hands, and is signed with the double signature Patek Philippe & Cie Geneva Switzerland and Tiffany & Co. The signed 18 carat round case bears a monogrammed AE on the front, a smooth back, and a gold bowl. It is supplied with a protective leather case.
