A very fine and rare, large Swiss, 18K yellow gold keyless, hunting cased pocket watch, circa 1910. With chronograph and instantaneous 30-minute register. Accompanied by the original Patek Philippe box, spare crystal and the Extract from the Archives. A heavy case, engine-turned with polished borders, the front cover with a foliate monogram TJA, chronograph button in the band. Hinged gold cuvette with engraved inscription.

White enamel dial, Breguet numerals, outer minute track and extreme outer seconds track divided into fifths of a second, Arabic five minute/seconds numerals, 30-minute register and subsidiary seconds dials. Gold Breguet hands. A matte gilt movement, 23 jewels, wolf’s tooth winding, moustache straight-line lever escapement, cut bimetallic compensation balance, blued steel Breguet balance spring, index regulator. Dial, movement, case and cuvette signed.

This watch is a very good example of a Patek Philippe hunting cased chronograph with a particularly attractive Breguet dial and hands. The condition is excellent with very crisp engine-turning.
