A Swiss 18 carat yellow gold keyless pocket watch, made by Patek Philippe & Co. in Geneva, circa 1920. This watch features a gold case with a signed and numbered gold bowl and a smooth caseback. It has a signed white enamel dial with stylised Arabic numerals, an outer minute track, sunk subsidiary seconds at 6 o’clock, and blued Breguet hands. The signed mechanical movement includes crown winding, a spiral balance, a cut bimetallic balance, and a moustache lever escapement.
