A Swiss 18 carat yellow gold open faced keyless lever pocket watch, circa 1980. This watch features a handwound movement with an ornamental finish and a lever escapement. The gold coloured dial, signed Vacheron & Constantin Genève, displays Roman numerals, an outer minute track, a subsidiary dial for the seconds, and blackened steel hands. The 18 carat yellow gold case has a lid engraved with the zodiac. The case, dial, and movement are signed. It comes with a matching 18 carat yellow gold armoured watch chain, 41 cm long, along with the case and papers.
