Gold keyless lever pendant watch

A very fine and rare Swiss 18 carat gold quartz keyless lever pendant watch, circa 1980. Set in a US 20 Dollar Liberty coin of 1904. A solid case with a chased portrait of liberty, the back is decorated with a chased eagle. Inscription: United States of America, In god we trust. The hinged watch within the coin opening by a push piece concealed in the band. Gold colour dial with radial applied gold indexes and gold hands. Straight line lever escapement, Dial, case and movement are signed.
