A Swiss 18 carat yellow gold manual winding pocket watch, made by Patek Philippe in Geneva, circa 1980. A polished solid case, a gold cuvette and the back engraved with initials. White enamel dial with Roman numerals, outer minute divisions,  subsidiary seconds at 6, and blued steel hands. The movement has a Lever escapement. The dial, case and movement are signed.
