An elegant Swiss 18 carat yellow gold open faced lever watch, circa 1920. This watch features a handwound mechanical movement with a lever escapement. The white enamel dial displays black Roman numerals, outer minute dots, a subsidiary seconds dial at 6 with a gold plated second hand, Arabic outer 1/5th second divisions, and Louis XIV Roskopf style gilded hands. The 18K yellow gold case, engraved 1986A, has a chased back decorated with floral motifs.
