A fine Swiss 18 carat yellow gold open faced pocket watch from the early 20th century. It has a mechanical pendant winding movement with a lever escapement. The dial features a guilloché gold centre surrounded by silvered pastilles with black Arabic numerals for the hours, a subsidiary seconds dial at 6 o’clock, and blued steel spade hands. The timepiece is housed in a solid 18 carat yellow gold case with a gold inner cuvette and a decorated case back with finely chased foliate scrolls.
