Gold open faced keyless lever watch

A fine Swiss 18 carat yellow gold open faced pocket watch made by Omega, circa 1920. It has a mechanical crown wound movement signed by Omega, with a lever escapement and a finely engraved balance cock. The white enamel dial shows black Arabic numerals for the hours, inner red 13 to 24 hour markers, an outer minute track, a subsidiary seconds dial at 6 o’clock, and rose gold spade hands. The timepiece is housed in a polished 18 carat yellow gold open faced case stamped with the owl hallmark. It has a double hinged protective back cover and inner cuvette signed Omega, a fluted winding crown, and a sturdy round suspension bow.
