Alfred Sandoz Swiss watch manufacture,
According to Kathleen H. Pritchard , the Alfred Sandoz company in Le Locle was the successor to Lucien Sandoz & Fils. Lucien Sandoz & Fils was founded by Lucien Sandoz-Gendre (1825-1896) . Lucien was the father of Alfred Sandoz (1851-1880) . The company was renamed A. Sandoz, but the father outlived his son.
–
However, there is another Alfred Sandoz who may have owned this brand. He was born on September 4, 1847 in Le Locle, the son of the watchmaker and company Alfred Sandoz senior (1817-1864) , Les Ponts-de-Martel, Carl Ericsson was possibly a son of August Ericsson and brother of Alexander (Sascha) Wilhelm Ericsson . So far, no further data is available on Carl Ericsson.
