Chevalier et Cie. (Geneva) Swiss watch manufacture
The company Chevalier & Cie or Chevalier & Compagnie is documented in Geneva in the nineties of the 18th century. Whether Jacob Chevalier, who worked alone in this city in the second half of the 18th century, then worked with Mathey, has anything to do with Chevalier & Cie has not yet been established, but in terms of time Chevalier & Mathey (1786-1792) very likely to have been the direct predecessor of this company.
