18-carat gold plain case with engraved monogram. Flat Geneva precision lever movement, 18 jewels, full signed, Geneva striping, special fine adjusting device, special lever. Fine and elegant silvered dial with Breguet numerals, subsidiary dial for the constant seconds and gold Breguet hands.
