An elegant 18 carat white gold keyless dress watch with a sapphire set band by Longines, Saint-Imier, circa 1930. A solid and polished case with a band entirely set with rectangular faceted sapphires and a case back with an engraved monogram. Brushed silver dial with black Arabic numerals, subsidiary seconds dial and blued steel quatrefoil hands. Rhodium plated movement with 16 jewels, straight line lever escapement, cut bimetallic compensation balance, blued steel Breguet balance spring and a cam micrometer regulator. Dial, case and movement signed.
