Two tone gold Art open face lever pocket watch

A Swiss open faced flat pocket watch in two shades of 18 carat yellow and white gold, made by Vacheron & Constantin in Geneva, circa 1930, in the Art Deco period. This watch features a hand wound mechanical movement with a lever escapement, compensated bimetallic balance, blued steel Breguet balance spring, and satin finished plate. The silvered dial has painted Arabic numerals, a railway minute track, small seconds at 6 o’clock, and blued steel hands. The slim case has a white gold back and band, contrasted by a yellow gold bezel and yellow gold edging. Dial, case, and movement are all signed and numbered. Includes leather case.
