A fine English 18K gold, enamel Royal Blue and pearl-set pocket watch by , circa 1790. Case border with split pearl-set bezels, the back overlaid with blue translucent enamel over engine turning. White enamel dial with radial Arabic numerals, outer minute divisions. Gold arrow hands. Hinged gilt brass, full-plate movement with cylindrical pillars, fusee with chain, verge escapement, plain steel three-arm balance, flat balance spring, gilt brass foliate chased and engraved English cock with diamond end-stone, silver regulation dial. Movement signed.
