A fine and rare Swiss 18K gold and enamel extra flat pocket watch, circa 1830. A case with a reeded band, the bezels with chased floral decoration. The back is engine-turned and engraved with a scene depicting a lady and a child in a landscape, further engraved and black and white champleve enamelled decoration. Hinged gold cuvette with engine-turned border. A Silver dial, florally engraved, with radial Roman numerals, outer minute divisions and gold Breguet hands. A gilt brass movement, bar calibre, eight jewels, gold wheel train, the going barrel with a female square, cylinder escapement with plain gilt brass three armed balance, index regulator. Cuvette signed.
