A fine and rare Swiss, niëllo silver and gold, hunting cased, a keyless pocket watch with a niëlloed silver and gold fob, circa 1900. The front cover is decorated with an engraved gold huntsman on horseback with a nielloed fruiting vine border, a band nielloed with a geometric pattern, the back cover with a lady on horseback, and the border to match the front cover. Hinged silver cuvette. White enamel dial with radial Roman numerals, outer minute divisions, and subsidiary seconds. Gold Louis XV hands. A matte gilt movement, straight-line lever escapement, notched monometallic balance, self-compensating Breguet balance spring, and an index regulator. Cuvette signed.
