A rare French chromed, split seconds chronograph keyless stopwatch with an instantaneous 30 minute register, circa 1950. A chromed, polished case with a hinged steel cuvette. White dial with painted black Arabic numerals for 0-30, 1/10th of a second track and inner red Arabic numerals for 30 and 60 minutes, subsidiary 30 minute register dial. Blued steel hand, gilt split seconds hand. Gilt brass movement, straight line lever escapement, fast beating monometallic balance, self compensating Breguet balance spring, index regulator. Dial signed, movement numbered.
