Modern skeletonized pocket watches by Patek Philippe are very rare. The combination of the exquisitely hand engraved movement, the large size and the complete documentation, as well as the fact that this pocket watch has probably never been used, remaining in a safety deposit box, makes it an extremely desirable future collectable for the Patek Philippe enthusiast.
